The Social & Influencer Account Manager plays a key role in helping clients earn their place within culture by delivering best-in-class social and influencer activity. Working closely with senior team members, you help turn strategy into action, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, relationships are nurtured, and work is delivered to a high standard.

  • Strategic support: Contribute to social and influencer strategy under senior direction. Help shape presentations, research cultural moments, and populate SOW documents with guidance from the Account Director.
  • Client management: Own day-to-day client contact with confidence. Manage status calls, action tracking, and timely responses - escalating to senior leads when challenges arise.
  • Influencer delivery: Own the day-to-day delivery of influencer campaigns, acting as the link between clients, internal teams, and influencer specialists. Ensure programmes are delivered on time and on budget, manage approvals and stakeholder communication, oversee campaign progress, and work with the influencer team to execute creator selection, contracting, content delivery, and reporting.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, production, media, and influencer teams to ensure integrated delivery across all social and influencer activity.
  • Project & finance admin: Manage project trackers, status docs, and reporting. Support forecasting and finance admin (POs, timesheets, reconciliation) with accuracy and on time.
  • Reporting & measurement: Compile performance reports, pulling data from social and influencer platforms. Help translate numbers into clear takeaways for clients and the team.
  • Team contribution: Support junior team members where appropriate and contribute positively to team culture, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Account development: Spot opportunities to add value for clients and support senior team members in identifying areas for account growth.

Key skills we are looking for:

  • Experience working within a social first agency, team or client
  • Confident to lead client calls
  • Exposure to working with budgets and cost estimates
  • Strong interest in social channels
  • Social content creation experience (a nice to have)
