Junior Creative Team 6 month FTC/placement This would be an ideal opportunity for a team ready for their first step into a creative agency. What You'll Do Create bold ideas that work across social, brand, experience, digital, earned and integrated campaigns. Bring concepts to life through compelling visuals, words, prototypes, AI tools, films, mock-ups and presentations. Explore new technologies and creative tools—including generative AI—to push ideas further and faster. Work closely with strategists, designers, account teams, makers and clients to shape great creative work. Build presentations that inspire confidence and excitement. Develop your craft every day through coaching, feedback and collaboration. Pitch ideas with enthusiasm and confidence. Stay curious about culture and help ensure our work feels fresh, relevant and brave. What Success Looks Like In your first year you'll begin to: Generate ideas people want to build. Create work that earns a place in client presentations—and increasingly in production. Build a portfolio you're genuinely proud of. Develop confidence presenting your thinking. Become known as someone who contributes positively to every brief. Embrace feedback and use it to grow quickly. Champion new technologies, creative techniques and fresh cultural thinking.
