About Us

Iris is a global integrated agency driven by one simple philosophy: Participate or Perish. We create ideas that earn attention and inspire people to interact with brands in meaningful ways. Working with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, we combine strategy, creativity, technology, and media to deliver impactful campaigns.

Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven SEO Executive to join our holistic performance marketing and search team. If you have a foundation in SEO and are ready to take your career to the next level, this is an incredible opportunity to work on a premier, global tier-1 brand account spanning over 40 international markets.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a massive appetite for learning. The search landscape is shifting quickly toward AI and zero-click environments. You don't need to have all the answers yet, but you do need the curiosity and drive to help us test new approaches, like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), in our key lead markets and roll those learnings out. This role is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and perfect for someone who wants to bridge the gap between traditional SEO, modern content strategy, and holistic search (SEA/PPC).

Responsibilities

  • Regional Strategy Support: Assisting the senior team in executing SEO strategies in our key lead markets, helping to extract insights, and preparing frameworks to scale to our wider regional and global market portfolio.
  • Search Analysis & Reporting: Using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and SEMrush to analyze campaign performance. You'll help us track traditional metrics (sessions, rankings) while learning to measure off-site brand visibility and AI Overview inclusion.
  • Content Optimization: Conducting keyword and trend research to help develop informational content strategies that satisfy user intent across both traditional search engines and AI-driven results.
  • Technical SEO Audits: Running regular technical site audits, flagging health issues, and learning how to apply technical best practices across complex, multi-regional domains.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration: Working closely with our PPC and performance teams to understand how organic and paid search work together to capture maximum search real estate.
  • Client Communication: Helping to build clear, compelling PowerPoint reports and presentations to showcase our work, test-and-learn insights, and results to our clients.

Required Skills

  • An SEO Foundation: You have practical, hands-on experience with SEO basics (keyword research, on-page optimisation, basic technical audits) and are eager to level up your skills.
  • Growth Mindset: You are deeply curious about the future of search (including AI Overviews and zero-click searches) and are excited to learn how to optimise for it.
  • Data-Curious: You are comfortable working with numbers and platforms like GA4 or Excel. You enjoy looking at data to figure out the 'why' behind performance changes and can help suggest logical next steps.
  • Confident Communicator: You have strong written and verbal skills. You feel comfortable writing or reviewing optimised content, and you enjoy collaborating with team members and clients daily.
  • Highly Organized: In an agency environment with global projects running in parallel, you are great at managing your time, tracking your tasks, and keeping the team updated on your progress.
  • Proactive & Driven: You don't wait to be told what to do. You take ownership of your tasks, speak up when you spot an issue or an opportunity, and have a strong desire to progress quickly and climb the career ladder within Iris.
