The Social Strategist is the person who figures out how — connecting brand objectives to real human behaviour through sharp, insight-led thinking that puts participation at the centre.
- Strategy development: Set social strategies and content frameworks aligned to client objectives and brand positioning.
- Creative inspiration: Write insight-led briefs that inspire teams with clarity, focus, and voices to amplify brand participation in culture.
- Measurement planning: Define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks.
- Campaign support: Embed social thinking into campaign planning from day one.
- Cultural intelligence: Track cultural and platform trends to keep strategic.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account, creative, and production to make strategies.
- Quality control: Ensure all briefs and frameworks are clear, accurate, and consistent.
