IRIS Software Group is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our Education HR Consultancy team on a part-time/term-time basis. You will deliver practical HR advice to schools and education clients across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with HR Partners to provide commercially-focused solutions.
You will review policies, support onboarding, and deliver HR training and workshops (virtual and in person). A CIPD qualification or studying towards CIPD is preferred.
