IRIS Software Group in the UK is seeking a Customer Renewals Advisor to manage a portfolio of education customers and drive renewal outcomes. You will handle renewals from quotation to completion, deliver a friendly, professional service, and become a trusted point of contact throughout the process.
Working in a hybrid setup from Manchester or Slough, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, uphold SLAs, and continually develop knowledge of IRIS products to maximise retention.
