Heatherwood Court is a low secure hospital based in Pontypridd, providing specialist mental health services for men and women with complex and enduring mental health conditions. Our multidisciplinary team delivers personalised, recovery-focused care in a safe and therapeutic environment. With a focus on rehabilitation, risk reduction, and positive outcomes, we support individuals to move forward in their recovery journey and reintegrate into the community where possible.
We offer a competitive salary based on your experience, skills, and qualifications. You’ll receive a generous holiday allowance of 33 days per annum (inclusive of bank holidays), with additional days awarded for long service. You’ll receive full training aligned with the All Wales Induction Framework, and newly qualified nurses will benefit from a structured preceptorship programme. We’ll also provide you with a free uniform.
