  • We have an exciting opportunity at one of our Bristol homes to appoint a Deputy Manager . At Cherry Tree House we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy Manager who will support us to retain the positive relationships that we have with our Regulators and Commissioning teams.

    We are committed to supporting people to have opportunities to develop their independent living skills and live fulfilled lives.

    As a Deputy Manager you will be responsible along with the Home Manager to ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements along with the management of a large staff team including ensuring staff have regular supervision where staff are encouraged and supported to evidence competency and meet their own personal development goals.

    Staff retention and attrition will be a key aspect of the role and will be monitored by the Senior Management Team.

    You will be a key player in the assessment and referrals process and ensure that the home retains full occupancy.

    You will ensure you meet compliance within the regulatory framework with CQC.

    You will be expected to achieve the highest quality of support for the people we support through person centred approaches to the care planning process.

    To be considered for this role you will need to have a QCF level 5 in health care or equivalent qualification; or Level 3 and be willing to be enrolled towards Level 5 following probation

    You will join a vibrant and motivated management team and we will ensure you will have support through mentorship and coaching from allocated experienced managers and support from your Regional Director and Nominated Individual.
