Iris Care Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Positive Practice Worker to join our well‑established team at Pinetree Court Hospital. Employing over 1,600 people, Iris Care Group is the largest independent health and social care provider across the Southwest of England and South Wales. Role Responsibilities

As a Positive Practice Worker you will support people with complex mental health and behavioural needs, ensuring person‑centred plans are adhered to and evidence‑based interventions are delivered. You will act as a guide and advisor for all staff, work within a shift rota, and collaborate with clinical teams to co‑produce care plans, monitor outcomes, and promote continuous improvement across the service.

Role Requirements

You should have an interest in, and commitment to, the practice of clinical psychology or a related discipline. Previous experience working in services for people with mental health and learning disability is desirable. You should be aware of current policy agendas around person‑centred practice, values‑based practice and the reduction of restrictive interventions, and you should be willing to support staff and clients through structured support plans. Shift pattern – days, nights and weekends, 12‑hour shifts. Applicants must be UK residents and have been employed by a UK organisation before applying.
