  • Mostly ward‑based work directly with the people we support.
  • About 15% of time office‑based completing psychology‑led tasks such as psychometrics, collating data and writing reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all areas of the service are underpinned by person‑centred plans, including positive behaviour support (PBS) plans.
  • Guide and advisor for all staff working to structured support plans such as PBS.
  • Act as a link between supporting clinical staff and ward‑based staff, ensuring agreed interventions are consistently delivered.
