Iris Care Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Management Administrator to support our Estates Management Team across our services in Wales and England.
This is a key role within our organisation, ensuring our environments remain safe, compliant and well‑managed for the people we support.
As a Facilities Management Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across our portfolio of sites.
You will play a central role in coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all compliance, reporting, and performance standards are consistently achieved.
You will act as a vital link between internal teams, suppliers and the maintenance workforce, supporting effective communication and service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include managing information through our CAFM system, overseeing elements of financial and fleet administration, and contributing to the smooth running of facilities operations across the organisation.
A key part of the role involves supporting and guiding the maintenance team, helping to prioritise workloads, monitor performance and uphold Iris Care Group values.
You will also contribute to Health and Safety compliance, assist with portfolio reviews and provide reliable, timely information to the Management Team to support decision‑making.
Travel to other sites may be required, along with occasional flexibility outside core office hours.
To be considered for this role you will have
- Experience in FM/ CAFM systems or customer service experience within an estates department
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Confident use of Windows 365, Outlook, and digital systems.
- Highly organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities.
- Self‑motivated, calm under pressure and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
