The Estates Manager role reports directly into the Head of Estates and is responsible for strategic and operational delivery of all estates requirements to include CAFM management, vehicle fleet, compliance, financial budgets, whilst reporting into senior management to ensure that all estates functions are fit for purpose, legally compliant, providing high levels of customer service and meeting all institutional priorities and initiatives.
This role would suit a former tradesman/estate’s professional and will be based at Cardiff head office to cover the South Wales division of the estates department for 3 x hospitals, 1 x college and 16 x Ocean community services homes (OCS).
Qualifications:
