Iris Care Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Officer to join our Estates teams in South Wales. Employing over 1,600 people, Iris Care Group is the largest independent health and social care provider across the Southwest of England and South Wales. Role Responsibilities

  • Working hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday.
  • Grounds maintenance skills – Cutting, tree works.
  • Planting knowledge.
  • Competent in carrying out lone working and in a team.
  • Comfortable working with vulnerable people.
  • Carry out works in an efficient and safe manner.

Role Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role – (essential)
  • Grounds maintenance: 2 years (essential)
