We are recruiting a motivated Junior Operations Representative to join our UK Operations Team.
Responsibilities
- Inter-departmental communication
- Data entry across multiple systems
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and good communication skills
- Understanding and adhering to Quality System requirements
- Proactive project work to improve service offering
- Pick and pack outgoing shipments and ensure shipments meet specifications
- Receive deliveries and load into correct stock location
- Complete and maintain all associated shipping and stocking documentation and systems
- Verify the accuracy of the data and initiate corrections when needed
- Affix shipping labels and identifying information onto packed cartons or containers, as required
- Receive and process the patch device
- Upload patch data and manually enter patient information provided
- Complete and maintain all associated intake documentation and systems
- Communicate with management any potential system or device issues or risk
- Adhere to corporate policy and compliance standards in handling patient data
Work pattern: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) - 2 days 8 am-5 pm, 3 days 9 am-5 pm, 30-min lunch, flexible days
Full time onsite position based at our Bagshot office (GU19 5HL)
Qualifications
- Bright, confident, and articulate with a willingness to learn
- Responsible and accountable
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree not required; Secondary School and College qualifications preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as under own supervision
- Good time-management skills and ability to adjust priorities when business needs change
- Physical requirements include reaching, bending, and sitting; negligible lifting
Technical Skills
- MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams experience preferable
- Full training provided on all systems and processes
Compensation & Benefits
