InReach Rehab is seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech‑Language Pathologist to serve as the Director of Rehabilitation at the Ringgold County Hospital in Mount Ayr, IA. Duties And Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and support the therapy team while promoting a high-performance, patient-centered culture.
- Develop, implement, and review operational procedures and clinical best practices.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and stay current with evolving rehabilitation standards.
- Build collaborative relationships with leaders.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
- Monitor department performance, including productivity, billing practices, budgeting, and financial goals.
- Track clinical outcomes and implement strategies to improve quality and access to services.
- Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and support therapist skill development.
- Maintain a patient caseload and provide direct care alongside your team.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current or anticipated licensure in Iowa.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Demonstrated leadership ability or experience guiding a rehab team.
- Strong understanding of operational and financial management in healthcare.
