IRG Media is an influencer marketing agency built around one idea: connecting the right lifestyle brands with the right creators to deliver commercial results and brand awareness. We work across travel, wellness, lifestyle, and education, partnering brands like Holafly, MyHeritage, Lingopie, and Mochi Health with content creators who can tell their story authentically. We're a small, dynamic team that moves fast, thinks commercially, and cares deeply about the quality of what we put out. Everyone has real ownership of their work. Good ideas get heard, problems get solved, and people who deliver get recognised. We're growing quickly and building the systems, structure, and leadership needed to scale properly. There is significant opportunity for the right person to grow with the business and help shape the future of the campaigns department.
This role sits at the centre of campaign delivery and operational leadership. You are responsible not only for owning campaigns end-to-end, but for ensuring exceptional execution standards across the wider campaigns function. You oversee delivery quality, campaign operations, creator management, reporting standards, timelines, and internal workflows whilst helping build a highly efficient campaigns department. This role is highly execution-focused. We are looking for someone meticulous, highly organised, commercially aware, and operationally excellent. Someone who naturally brings structure, accountability, calmness under pressure, and extremely high attention to detail across multiple campaigns and moving parts.
You will work closely with the Fulfilment Manager, Sales team, Campaign Manager and Influencer Director, and will support and guide more junior campaign team members across delivery standards and campaign execution. Your focus is ensuring campaigns perform, run efficiently, stay commercially healthy, and deliver best-in-class client experience from briefing through to reporting.
What you'll do
- Lead influencer campaigns from brief through to post-campaign reporting and beyond
- Oversee campaign delivery standards, timelines, reporting, approvals, and operational execution across multiple accounts simultaneously
- Take ownership of campaign quality control and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Select and align creators strategically to campaign objectives, KPIs, audience fit, and brand positioning
- Lead creator negotiations, onboarding, briefing, approvals, revisions, and go live processes
- Monitor campaign KPIs, CPM, CPA, engagement, delivery quality, and commercial performance proactively
- Protect campaign margin throughout execution and identify operational or commercial risks early with proposed solutions
- Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and brand stakeholders
- Ensure ClickUp campaign management, trackers, reporting, timelines, and documentation remain accurate, current, and fully complete at all times
- Oversee reporting quality, campaign analysis, insights gathering, and post-campaign wash-ups
- Deliver a consistently high standard of communication and client servicing across all campaigns
- Work closely with the Fulfilment Manager to improve campaign operations, workflows, and delivery systems
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure campaign scopes remain commercially realistic, deliverable, and operationally sound
- Mentor and support Campaign Managers and junior team members across campaign execution and operational best practice
- Identify operational inefficiencies proactively and implement process improvements across the campaigns department
- Support onboarding and training of new campaign team members where required
How we work
We use ClickUp to manage every campaign, Slack for daily communication, and Modash for creator data and performance tracking. We move fast and everyone owns their work, there is no waiting for direction. We also use AI tools including Claude to work smarter: drafting briefs, analysing performance, spotting campaign patterns, and improving operational efficiency. You do not need to arrive already experienced with these tools, but you should be excited by using technology and systems to improve campaign performance and execution quality.
What success looks like
- Campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, within margin, and to an exceptional execution standard
- Clients feel consistently supported, informed, and confident in campaign delivery
- Campaign operations run smoothly with minimal escalation, missed deadlines, or delivery issues

- ClickUp, reporting systems, trackers, and campaign documentation are consistently clean, accurate, and fully up to date
- KPIs, risks, and delivery issues are surfaced proactively with clear action plans and solutions
- Junior campaign team members feel supported, accountable, and aligned to high operational standards
- Campaign reporting is insightful, commercially useful, and consistently delivered on time
- Internal teams view you as a highly reliable operational leader who improves execution quality across the department
Who you are

- You are highly execution-oriented and naturally meticulous in how you manage work
- You are exceptionally organised and comfortable managing multiple large campaigns simultaneously
- You build genuine relationships with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders

- You maintain extremely high standards across reporting, communication, project management, and delivery accuracy
- You are ambitious, proactive, and excited by helping build and scale a growing agency
