IRG Media is an influencer marketing agency working with high-growth Travel, Wellness, Lifestyle, and Entertainment brands across the US and UK. We specialise in building creator-led partnerships that actually convert — not one-off influencer placements, but repeatable, commercially sound partnerships that drive revenue for brands and meaningful income for creators. We move fast, operate with pressure, and hold a high bar for execution.
The Influencer Partnerships Executive (SDR) is responsible for generating and converting partnership opportunities between creators and brands. This is not a passive role. You will be sourcing opportunities, pitching creators, following up relentlessly, and booking deals. You are not here to “support” partnerships — you are here to create them.
This role exists to:
- Increase partnership volume
- Reduce reliance on senior team members for deal creation
- Create a predictable flow of creator–brand partnerships
Responsibilities / Ownership:
- Ownership of monthly partnership booking targets (deal volume + revenue contribution)
- Direct responsibility for creating and converting pipeline — your performance is measured on deals closed, not activity logged
- Consistent contribution to team revenue through repeatable creator–brand partnerships
- Build and maintain a healthy, active pipeline of brands and creator opportunities at all times
- Source opportunities proactively via cold outreach, warm networks, and opportunistic inbound
- Pitch creators to brands with clear commercial logic: audience fit, content style, pricing, and value
- Tailor outreach and pitches based on brand objectives
- Position creators in a way that maximises conversion probability, not just interest
- Move deals from first conversation → agreement efficiently
- Negotiate rates and structures that balance brand ROI, creator satisfaction, and agency margin
- Handle objections around pricing, performance, and scope with confidence
- Maintain visibility on expected bookings, revenue, and close timelines
- Communicate clearly when deals are at risk and take action early
- Take full accountability for your number — no hiding behind “interest” without conversion
- Work closely with Partnerships Managers to escalate larger or more complex deals
- Feed learnings back into outreach, pricing, and creator positioning frameworks
- Continuously refine your approach to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
Success in This Role Looks Like:
- A consistent flow of booked influencer partnerships month over month
- Hitting your monthly Sales Targets
- Executing with speed
- Strong response rates and active brand conversations
- Deals moving quickly from pitch → agreement
- Minimal hand-holding required
- Clear commercial thinking around creator value and pricing
- Trust from senior team members to own deals and client accounts independently
You’ll Thrive in This Role If…
- You’re a proactive person who understands the importance of speed and latency
- You’re commercially minded and not emotionally attached to any single deal
- You think in Inputs which produce outputs
- You are comfortable with rejection, repetition, and pressure
You’ll Struggle in This Role If…
- You need constant direction or reassurance
- You avoid outreach or uncomfortable conversations
- You prefer slow environments with loose accountability
- You don’t like follow-ups or being judged on numbers
- You want strategy without execution
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing
- 1+ years of experience in a sales/business development role within influencer marketing
- Knowledge of how brand partnerships and campaigns work on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
- Strong communication skills, you will be communicating frequently with top creators and brands
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets for similar companies
- A passion for all things creative, social media and digital marketing
- A problem-solving attitude, eagerness to learn quickly and overperform
Nice to have (not required):
- Existing creator or brand relationships
- Previous SDR or outbound sales experience
Benefits:
- Uncapped commission on deals closed
- Fully remote
- Clear progression into Partnerships Manager roles for top performers
- High exposure to real commercial deals and fast learning curve
- Birthday day off
- Large progression for growth (uncapped growth potential here given we are small)
- Be one of the early members to shape and build the company vision
Final Note: This role is not about potential. It’s about output, speed, and consistency. If you want a seat close to revenue, responsibility, and real ownership — this is it.
