Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Influencer Assistant to support our Influencers and pipeline. This remote, full time role guarantees a minimum of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs as hours may increase or decrease. The ideal candidate will excel at anticipating needs, responding swiftly to challenges, and demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of initiative in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer Discovery
    • Conduct daily discovery tasks for existing clients and new briefs, handling an average of 2-4 briefs per day.
    • Identify and vet 100 relevant creators daily, ensuring all influencers meet qualification criteria.
    • Compile and maintain detailed records of vetted creators, including all relevant information, in spreadsheets for streamlined outreach.
  • Influencer Outreach
    • Automate outreach by funneling vetted influencer data through tools like Instantly.
    • Execute 100 influencer outreaches daily, ensuring personalized and effective communication.
    • Maintain strong relationships with creators and agency contacts to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Regularly update the outreach CRM with details of interested creators and track campaign performance.
    • Qualify creators for roster inclusion based on performance and compatibility.
    • Prevent duplication by adding vetted influencers to the master outreach tracker.
  • Influencer Database and CRM Management
    • Update and manage the database for all creators moved forward from outreach efforts.
    • Analyze creators’ content to identify key metrics and insights, ensuring data accuracy.
    • Continuously expand the roster, targeting a 25% monthly growth rate.
    • Perform monthly CRM maintenance and repair to ensure seamless functionality.
    • Organize and document all creator stats and relevant data to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Client Fulfilment
    • Campaign Briefing: Share detailed briefs, talking points, and creative assets with influencers to guide content production.
    • Communication & Coordination: Act as the key liaison between brands and creators, ensuring content expectations, feedback, and timelines are clearly aligned.
    • Content Review & Approval: Share first drafts with brands, collect feedback, and coordinate any necessary revisions with creators.
    • Content Finalization & Scheduling: Ensure final content approval from the brand and confirm that creators schedule their posts accordingly.
    • Post-Campaign Analysis: Analyze content performance metrics and compile post-campaign reports with insights on engagement, reach, and impact.
  • General Responsibilities
    • Adapt to evolving priorities and remain flexible in completing tasks to meet business needs.
    • Provide regular updates and communicate progress effectively to the CEO and leadership team.
    • Maintain an organized and efficient approach to influencer discovery, outreach, and database management to support the overall growth of the agency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience
    • Proven experience as an Influencer expert, preferably somebody that understands latency and operations.
    • Familiarity with working in remote or virtual environments.

    • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency with web-based tools, including Google Sheets and Clickup.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new tools and processes.
