Vision for the Role
Right now the business is small (around 6 team members). At this point, you will work in a team of 2-3 working on client campaigns which all sit at 5-7 figures in yearly spend. However, I envision this role to grow and scale quickly, given you throw your all into it. My long‑term goal for this position is for this person to be instrumental in executing campaigns and delivering results for clients. They will be key in driving results for existing clients and coming up with new approaches to delivery. This will ultimately assist our accounts team in expanding our business with them and attracting new clients who see our incredible work. I eventually want this role to progress from being a campaigns manager to being a campaign director and managing the full campaigns and delivery team. You would have full responsibility for their growth and development and success on your campaigns. The right people can progress in leadership roles as we grow.
