About IRG Media
IRG Media is an influencer marketing agency built around one idea: connecting the right lifestyle brands with the right creators to deliver commercial results and brand awareness. We work across travel, wellness, lifestyle, and education, partnering brands like Holafly, MyHeritage, Lingopie, and Mochi Health with content creators who can tell their story authentically. We're a small, dynamic team that moves fast, thinks commercially, and cares deeply about the quality of what we put out. Everyone has real ownership of their work. Good ideas get heard, problems get solved, and people who deliver get recognised. We're growing, and building the team and systems to support that properly. There's real opportunity here for the right person to grow with us.
The role
This role sits at the centre of delivery. You own campaigns end to end - from brief to report - and you are accountable for what goes live and how it performs. You work closely with our Fulfilment Manager and Sales team, reporting into the Influencer Director. Your focus is performance, creative quality, and the relationships that make campaigns work - with brands and creators alike to deliver best in class client services and campaign management, whilst staying on top of what the rest of the team does and supporting wherever you can.
What you'll do
- Own influencer campaigns from brief through to post campaign reporting and beyond
- Have the ability to select and align creators to campaign objectives and brand briefs
- Manage briefings, approvals, content revisions, and go live
- Track campaign KPIs, CPM, CPA, engagement, delivery quality and act fast on anything that looks set to delay
- Protect margin during execution and flag risks with solutions
- Build and maintain trusted, genuine relationships with creators and brand contacts
- Keep ClickUp campaign tasks accurate, current, and fully complete — without prompting
- Log CSAT, revision rounds, and client flags in real time on every campaign
- Deliver post-campaign reports within 48 hrs of campaign close
- Work closely with the Fulfilment Manager to keep the pipeline running smoothly from execution to close
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure what's being sold is deliverable and commercially sound
- Spot process gaps and suggest fixes don't wait to be asked
How we work
We use ClickUp to manage every campaign, Slack for daily communication, and Modash for creator data and performance tracking. We move fast and everyone owns their work, there's no waiting for direction. We also use AI tools including Claude to work smarter: drafting briefs, analysing performance, and spotting patterns across campaigns. You don't need to arrive knowing how to use these, we'll support you in this training.
What success looks like
- Campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and within margin
- Brands feel supported and never have to chase for an update
- Clients always feel like you are in control and know what is happening
- Creators are well managed, briefs are clear, relationships are strong
- ClickUp is clean, current, and complete without anyone asking
- KPIs are tracked and communicated proactively — not retrospectively
- The Fulfilment Manager and Sales team see you as a reliable, collaborative partner
- You surface problems early with a proposed solution
- All deliverables and reporting is consistent, insightful, and delivered on time
Who you are
- You've run influencer campaigns with real performance pressure
- You're comfortable owning outcomes, not just reporting them
- You build genuine relationships, with creators and with brands
- You keep your CRM clean and current without being asked
- You stay calm when things go wrong and come with solutions, not just problems
- You think creatively about campaigns, not just operationally
- You're proactive, you spot what needs doing before you're told
- You've managed six figure campaigns before
- Bonus: experience with Modash, ClickUp, or paid amplification (Spark Ads / whitelisting).
