Overview:

Our client is a leading Property Technology business headquartered in Manchester, providing digital solutions that are transforming how property portfolios are managed, analysed, and delivered. Following a period of sustained growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support the next phase of their technology and platform expansion.

This role will lead multiple cross-functional project teams, overseeing the delivery of large-scale digital and data-driven initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure high-quality, timely, and commercially aligned delivery across a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology projects within the PropTech platform
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage third-party vendors, delivery partners, and integration activities where required
  • Oversee risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support strategic planning and contribute to future delivery roadmaps and processes

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 8 years or more of experience managing digital or technology projects in complex environments
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, platform, or data-led projects to enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Experience within property, real estate, or technology sectors is highly advantageous
  • PRINCE2, AgilePM, or PMP certification preferred
