Day Rate: Up to £650 per day (Outside IR35)

Overview: Our client is a leading technology consultancy delivering customer service transformation programmes for enterprise organisations across Europe. As part of a major Microsoft Dynamics initiative, they are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to support the design, configuration and integration of a modern customer service environment. This is a fully remote, Outside IR35 opportunity for an initial 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to support evolving business requirements
  • Develop, maintain and optimise integrations within Copilot Service Workspace
  • Configure and implement Channel Integration Framework (CIF) solutions to connect external applications and services
  • Design and deliver embedded application experiences within Dynamics using container-based integration approaches
  • Develop custom frontend functionality and business logic using JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Leverage Microsoft APM SDK to enable seamless application integration and improve user experiences
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement and retrospectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and application issues across the Dynamics ecosystem
  • Contribute to solution design discussions, technical documentation and best practice development

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Proven experience working with Copilot Service Workspace and related integrations
  • Experience implementing and configuring Channel Integration Framework (CIF)
  • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript development skills
  • Experience integrating external applications within Dynamics 365 environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft APM SDK and application integration frameworks
  • Experience designing and implementing embedded applications within Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of Customer Engagement (CE) architecture and best practices
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • Proficiency with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within a consultancy-led delivery environment
