Overview:

Our client is a growing digital and technology-focused organisation delivering a broad range of web, digital and technical solutions for an established client base across public and private sectors. As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to join an already well-established delivery function. The successful candidate will work closely with internal technical, product and creative teams, whilst acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the full project lifecycle as they oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of a variety of client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full end-to-end delivery of web, digital and technology projects across multiple clients and workstreams.
  • Own project planning activities including scope definition, timelines, budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.
  • Act as the primary client contact throughout project delivery, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, Designers, Product teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Facilitate project workshops, stand-ups, status meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • Monitor project progress, dependencies and delivery risks, ensuring projects remain on track.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
  • Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog management and prioritisation activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes, governance and operational ways of working.
  • Support internal teams with delivery planning, forecasting and utilisation management where required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience within a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Digital Project Manager role.
  • Strong experience delivering web, digital and technology projects within fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project management principles.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and coordination capabilities.
  • Experience working within a digital agency, consultancy or technology-led environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail and delivery ownership.
  • Relevant Project Management or Agile certifications would be beneficial.
