Overview:
Our client is a leading technology consultancy delivering customer service transformation programmes for enterprise organisations across Europe. As part of a major Microsoft Dynamics initiative, they are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to support the design, configuration and integration of a modern customer service environment. This is a fully remote, Outside IR35 opportunity for an initial 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to support evolving business requirements
- Develop, maintain and optimise integrations within Copilot Service Workspace
- Configure and implement Channel Integration Framework (CIF) solutions to connect external applications and services
- Design and deliver embedded application experiences within Dynamics using container-based integration approaches
- Develop custom frontend functionality and business logic using JavaScript and TypeScript
- Leverage Microsoft APM SDK to enable seamless application integration and improve user experiences
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and application issues across the Dynamics ecosystem
- Contribute to solution design discussions, technical documentation and best practice development
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Proven experience working with Copilot Service Workspace and related integrations
- Experience implementing and configuring Channel Integration Framework (CIF)
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript development skills
- Experience integrating external applications within Dynamics 365 environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft APM SDK and application integration frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing embedded applications within Dynamics
- Strong understanding of Customer Engagement (CE) architecture and best practices
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a consultancy-led delivery environment
