Our client is a specialist technology consultancy focused on customer experience platforms and AI-enabled delivery, who are now looking to appoint a Developer to join their growing Operations function. This role will play a key part in building customer-facing solutions, internal tooling and automation that enhances delivery capability and team efficiency.
- Build internal web tools and utilities to support configuration, workflow optimisation and AI driven insights.
- Create and maintain CLI tools and scripts to automate configuration, validate data and improve delivery processes.
- Develop integrations using JavaScript and TypeScript across Zendesk APIs and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to support scoping, implementation and testing activities.
- Document code, tools and processes to ensure scalability and long-term maintainability.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a front end or web development role.
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs and working with modern web applications.
- Experience building internal developer tools, CLI utilities or automation scripts.
- Exposure to AI driven workflows, messaging platforms or chatbot development.
- Understanding of Progressive Web Applications or similar modern frameworks.
