Our team operates from our modern, three-storey office in Chorley, where we\’ve created a supportive, high-performing, and collaborative environment.

We\’re now looking for Protection Specialists with at least one year of experience in life insurance sales to join our growing team.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Handle qualified leads generated by our sister company, iReview.
• Advise customers on life, critical illness, and income protection products tailored to their needs.
• Build strong relationships and guide customers through the full advised sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance at every stage.
• Work towards achievable targets with the support of experienced leadership and peer mentoring.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and motivated team culture.

What We\’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year\’s experience in life insurance sales.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Confident communication skills and strong customer rapport-building.
• A motivated, resilient, and ambitious approach to work.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

What You\’ll Get

• £30,000 – £50,000 base salary, depending on experience.
• Potential £3,000 sign-on bonus, plus £3,000 after successful completion of probation.
• Uncapped commission, with top performers earning £75,000+.
