The Business Development Manager (m/f/d) reports directly to the Director of Sales of IREKS U.K. Ltd. and is responsible for driving profitable growth and developing strong, long-term focused customer relationships. The role will be located in the North West of England and focuses on identifying and seizing growth opportunities in existing and new markets and business segments.

Your Tasks:

  • Drive sales, business development and profitable growth for the UK B2B division
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term focused customer relationships
  • Develop strategies to grow revenue in existing and new customer segments, channels and markets
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth, product expansion and market penetration
  • Represent IREKS in relevant industry, manufacturing and trade associations

Your Profile:

  • Proven B2B sales and sales leadership experience in a senior role
  • Sound knowledge of the baking industry in the UK market and its customer landscape
  • Strong communication, presentation and social skills
  • Strategic mindset, commercial understanding, customer focus and ability to lead change
  • Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM Systems
  • Mobile and willing to travel to locations around the UK and abroad
