For Companies iRecruit4 are hiring for multiple Warehouse Supervisors on multiple shifts to work for our established logistics client. This position offers various shifts, full time work and great company benefits.

Duties of the Warehouse Supervisor:
- Assist in running a warehouse operation which is able to fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets.
- Take delivery of goods inbound.
- Quality checking of damaged or missing items and raising paperwork if there is any defects.
- Store goods appropriately.
- Sort orders for dispatch.
- Promote a culture of teamwork
- Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse.
- Reporting to senior members of the warehouse team.
- Ensure that all lifting and moving of products and materials are carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
- Overseeing a small team within the Warehouse.
Additional Information for the Warehouse Supervisor:
- Choice of AM, PM or NIGHT shifts.
- Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday OR Wednesday to Sunday.
- Between £29,000 – £32,000 dependant on hours and days.
- Due to the nature of the role, previous supervisor/ team leader experience is required.
- Must have the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Good communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
