iRecruit4 are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Uxbridge. This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity. This is a hands-on role involving both forklift driving and general warehouse duties, including the movement of large storage containers.
A valid Reach Truck licence is essential; however, candidates with Counterbalance forklift experience will also be considered if they do not currently hold a Reach Truck licence. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a busy logistics environment and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Hours, Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: £14.00 per hour or £15.60 per hour (holiday paid weekly)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (47.5 hours per week, including 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
- Temp to perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Moving, storing, and retrieving large storage containers and palletised goods
- Supporting general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, and stock movement
- Carrying out daily equipment checks and following all health & safety procedures
- Maintaining accurate and organised stock handling practices
Requirements:
- Valid, in-date Reach Truck licence (essential)
- Previous experience as a Reach Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative
- Counterbalance forklift experience (beneficial)
- Confident handling large storage containers and heavy goods
- Strong awareness of health & safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time weekday hours
