iRecruit4 are hiring for a Shift Manager, for our client, a leading supplier of Home Delivery Services, based in Swindon. This position offers fixed hours, great rates of pay and fantastic benefits.

Duties of the Shift Manager:
- Responsible for managing a team of Warehouse Operatives
- Ensuring they remain engaged, organized and motivated
- Assisting with the load/unload vehicles, process freight and route sort before assisting with load out in line with business targets
- Ensuring timely handovers with both morning and night shift managers
- Ensuring KPI's are hit and exceeded
- Assisting with any warehouse roles required on the Warehouse floor
- Reporting on the shift and reporting back to operational management
- FLT license is desirable
Additional Information of the Shift Manager:
- Cover on Saturdays and Sunday may be required during peak periods and holiday cover
- Permanent Role
- Swindon Location
- 14.00 - 23.00 Late shift only
- Previous experience as a Shift Manager is required due to the nature of this role
