Duties of the

Sales

Administrator:
Assisting customers efficiently and professionally with receiving and processing orders and enquiries by telephone or email.

Proactively responding to enquiries and engaging customers by promoting services and products.

Applying for licences to the appropriate authorities and monitoring that they are kept up to date.

Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by department and clients.

Creating Duty of Care forms for new customers.

Providing support to the team leader and line manager as required.

Provide product advice to customers as required.
