Job Duties of the Quality Inspector:

  • Adherence to all organisational policies, management systems and standard operational procedures
  • Perform quality checks and report findings throughout your shift to ensure all quality checks are fully compliant
  • Perform testing, visual inspection and support the activities of the manufacturing department to assure full compliance with all established SOPs
  • Work with operational teams to continually improve compliance and performance of products
  • Assess, investigate and report issues, reporting and segregating any non-conforming products
  • Ensure that laboratory testing is carried out at the start of every new start up and frequency asset within relevant standards, procedures and processes
  • Ensure frequent dimensional checks are carried out and recorded on the company system, adhering to the relevant tolerances as required under international standards and promptly reporting any failures to the shift supervisor
  • Maintain the Quality Department to a high standard adhering to procedures and policies keeping all areas clean, tidy and safe

Additional Information for the Quality Inspector:

  • 3 on 3 off rota system
  • Rotational 06.00 - 18.00 then 18.00 - 06.00
  • £16.18 for Days DOE
  • £17.92 for Nights DOE
  • Immediate starts
