Immediate starts available. Duties of the Night Team Leader:
Assist in the running of an efficient night shift warehouse operation. Meeting customer demand and meet set targets. Store goods appropriately Promote a culture of teamwork Take delivery of goods inbound, checking for damaged or missing items Sort orders for dispatch around Network Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse. Where appropriate escalate any issues. Ensure that all lifting and manoeuvering of products and materials is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures You will supervise a team of operatives. Assist with inbound goods and storage Picking and dispatch Promoting teamwork. Requirements and Previous Experience for the Night Team Leader:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse environment. Ability to motivate and develop team members. Previous Warehouse experience. Good communication Key attention to detail Additional Information for the Night Team Leader: Tuesday to Saturday 22:00 - Finish. Long term work available. £29,000 Per Annum.
