iRecruit4 are recruiting an Inventory Controller for a busy warehouse in Marlborough. This is a hands-on, organised role responsible for managing stock, processing orders, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities for Inventory Coordinator:
- Receive deliveries and check items against purchase orders
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Pick products from sheets and check accuracy
- Use a computer to maintain accurate records on Orderwise (ERP system)
- General data entry and spreadsheet management
- Put stock away efficiently, ensuring items are stored in the correct locations, organised for easy access, and handled safely to maintain warehouse order and stock accuracy
- Operate a counterbalance forklift safely to move, load, and unload stock while following all health and safety procedures
Requirements for Inventory Coordinator:
- Counterbalance license preferred but not required
- Must have a driving license due to location
- Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- Common sense and ability to work independently and alongside management
- Computer literate and confident with spreadsheets

- Monday Thursday 08:15-17:00
- Friday 08:15-12:45 (early finish)
- £13.00 per hour, or £14.40 with holiday pay rolled up
