iRecruit4 are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Finance Administrator to join a well established and growing business based in Cricklade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounts and administrative experience who is confident working with finance systems and supporting day to day business operations.

This role will involve supporting the finance function while also assisting with general administrative tasks linked to operations and dispatch. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring invoices, orders and creditor payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Due to the location, candidates must be able to drive.

Hours, Pay and Benefits:

  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00am - 17:00pm
  • Friday: 08:00am - 16:00pm
  • 40 hours per week (paid breaks included)
  • £14 per hour - Equivalent to £29,120 per annum (based on 40 hours per week)

Duties:

  • General administrative duties and filing
  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries
  • Processing invoices for 7 customers
  • Processing customer orders accurately
  • Updating and maintaining Google Sheets
  • Processing creditor invoices (approximately 50-100 per month)
  • Printing pallet labels and supporting dispatch administration
  • Supporting finance and accounts administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
  • Experience using Xero accounting software is essential
  • Confident using Google Sheets and computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Must be able to drive due to location in Cricklade
