Assembly Operative in Swindon

iRecruit4 are seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative for a long term, full time role in the Cricklade area. This is a hands on, physical role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and doesnt mind getting stuck in. Youll be joining a busy team, helping with assembly tasks, container loading/unloading, and other repetitive but vital duties that keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements for Assembly Operative:

• Assembly operative work using hand tools
• Physical role with repetitive tasks
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Container loading/unloading
• Fitting, assembling, and preparing equipment components
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
• Checking and ensuring parts are correctly assembled
• Following instructions accurately and maintaining quality standards
• Must be able to drive due to location
