iRecruit4 are looking for a friendly and reliable Accounts Administrator to join a small supportive team in Cricklade on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with some finance or accounts experience to develop their skills while supporting both the finance function and the wider office and operations team to keep everything running smoothly.

Hours, Pay and Benefits for Accounts Administrator:

  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00
  • Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
  • 40 hours per week (paid breaks included)

Duties for Accounts Administrator:

  • Supporting basic accounts tasks, including processing invoices, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records
  • Helping maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or accounting systems
  • Assisting with order processing, printing pallet labels, and supporting dispatch administration
  • Filing, scanning, and handling general office paperwork
  • Answering phones and directing calls or messages to the relevant team members
  • Responding to emails and general correspondence in a timely manner
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to help the team stay organised
  • Helping with ad hoc tasks across operations and office support as needed

Requirements for Accounts Administrator:

  • Some accounts or finance experience preferred, particularly experience with Xero
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Organised, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Must be willing to multitask and support across both finance and general office/operations duties
  • Must be able to drive due to location in Cricklade and have access to own vehicle
