iRecruit4 are hiring for Sales Advisors, to join our client on the outskirts of Swindon. This Sales Advisor position offers permanent positions with immediate starts and fantastic benefits.

Duties of the Sales Advisor:
- To service Inbound Sales Calls and convert from an Enquiry to a Booking
- Provide excellent customer service, understanding the customer's needs, building rapport
- Follow a proven Sales structure and consistently hit KPI's in conversion rate, margins, data capture and call handling
- Making accurate cost calculations, providing customers with quotations quickly and efficiently
- Produce accurate administration work to complete the booking process
- Follow the call centre compliance guidelines that include adhering to the GDPR and Data protection policies
- Work proactively as part of a small team within a large department of Sales Advisors, bringing positive energy and drive to a fast-moving environment
Further Information of the Sales Advisor:
- Monday to Sunday - Working in any 5 out of 7 rota
- Shift work between 08:45 - 20:00
- Basic starting at £25,000, with uncapped commission
- OTE Year 1 - £35,000
- OTE Year 2 - £50,000
- Permanent Position
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Ability to work in Microsoft package (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Previous experience within a sales environment is desirable
