Production Operative

iRecruit4 are hiring for Production Operatives to join our manufacturing client based in South Cerney. This role offers clear career progression, on-going work and immediate starts for a leading manufacturer in their industry.

Duties of the Production Operative:

• Working at the end of the production line.
• Stacking stock on pallets, wrapping and preparing pallets for distribution.
• Using PPT and MHE Equipment.
• Working in a team to meet production daily and weekly deadlines.
• Ensuring the production conveyor belt is clean at all times and able to run effectively.
• Moving goods around the Production area in a safe manner.
• Heavy lifting of products when they are initially taken off the conveyor belt.

Additional Information for the Production Operative:

• A level of fitness is required due to the manual nature of the role.
• Monday to Thursday 07:00 – 18:00
• Friday 16:00 Finish
• £12.80 Per Hour.
• £14.30 Per hour with holiday rolled up.
• Rising once permanent.
• Own transport required for this role due to location.
