iRecruit4 are currently seeking Production Operatives for our client in Malmesbury! This position offers permanent work and future development and training!
Benefits of the Production Operative:

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine requirements.
- Measure and cut raw products.
- Work in a production environment to produce quality work.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct repairs on products as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate project tasks effectively.
- Keep accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and tasks completed.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a production background.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape sheet metal.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various conditions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.
