About the role:
- Cleaning and maintaining modular buildings to a high standard
- Assisting with the preparation and turnaround of modular units for delivery or installation
- Removing debris, waste materials, and leftover construction items from units and yard areas
- Using cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently (e.g. pressure washers, vacuums)
- Supporting general yard duties, including moving materials and organising stock
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
- Reporting any damages, defects, or maintenance issues within modular units
- Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain productivity in a fast-paced yard environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the yard and surrounding work areas
- Assisting other departments when required to support overall site operations
