iRecruit4 are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Marlborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term position within a friendly and professional production environment.
Full training will be provided, so previous production experience is not essential. However, experience within manufacturing, assembly or a similar environment would be beneficial.
Hours, Pay & Benefits forProduction Operatives :
- £13.00 per hour
- Monday to Thursday, 08:15am 17:00pm
- Early finish on Fridays
- Full training provided
- Long-term opportunity

Duties forProduction Operatives :
- Assembling lighting products and small components
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standard
- Working carefully and efficiently with small components
- Following production processes and instructions
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe workspace
- Reporting any quality issues or problems to the relevant team member
Requirements forProduction Operatives :
- No previous production experience required, although this would be advantageous
- Good attention to detail and a careful xgikmsk approach to work
- Comfortable working with small components
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and production processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Must drive due to location
