Pay, Hours & Benefits for Tradesperson:
Β£29,120.00 - Β£40,000.00 per annum (depending on experience) Monday to Friday: 8:00am
5:30pm (flexible/negotiable) Full-time permanent opportunity Stable, long-term position with a growing business Variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects Opportunity to use and develop a wide range of trade skills Supportive working environment Varied day-to-day workload Opportunity to work independently and manage your own projects Regular working hours with no weekend requirement Duties for Tradesperson:
Carry out a wide range of building, carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general maintenance work Complete planned and reactive repairs, diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions Install, repair and maintain doors, windows, flooring, fixtures and fittings Carry out property refurbishments, renovations, extensions and improvement projects Complete plastering, patch repairs and finishing work to a high standard Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards Manage materials, tools and equipment efficiently Maintain accurate records and complete job reports where required Provide excellent customer service and leave all work areas clean and tidy Must have UK Driving licence Requirements for Tradesperson:
Previous experience working in a multi-skilled trades or maintenance role Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs Experience in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering or general building work Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently Good attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship Reliable, organised and able to manage your own workload Full UK driving licence is required Strong communication skills and a professional approach If you are an experienced Tradesperson looking for a new opportunity with a stable and growing business, we would love to hear from you!
