Duties of the HR Administrator:

  • Supporting the HR team and manager with projects such as benefit reviews and salary benchmarking
  • Working with the HR team to oversee employment processes such as grievances, exit interviews and maternity/paternity
  • Completing company inductions and completing candidate Right To Work checks
  • Recruiting for the company - including advertising and interviewing
  • Supporting the wider business network
  • Leading with interpersonal skills
  • Maintaining accurate employment records and policies
