Duties of the Field Engineer: Carry out regular inspections and maintenance of showroom displays. Liaise with the Customer Service team, providing updates on service visits and outcomes. Provide telephone assistance and technical advice to customers when required. Maintain van stock levels and ensure service parts are available and organised. Submit daily service reports, including photographs and details of completed work. Carry out chargeable service visits and installations as required. Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition. Repackage faulty or damaged products for return to Head Office. Support wider business activities as required by the Field Service Manager. Requirements for the Field Engineer: Full, clean UK driving licence (essential). Good mechanical aptitude with a practical and technical mindset. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Additional Information for the Field Engineer: ~ Monday to Friday ~£Additional travel may be required to support surrounding areas, provide holiday cover, and meet wide business needs.
