This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-skilled tradesperson looking for a secure, long-term position carrying out maintenance, repairs and refurbishment work across a range of properties.
You will be joining a skilled team where your experience and workmanship will be valued, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and utilise a wide range of trade skills.
Pay, Hours & Benefits for Tradesperson:
- Β£29,120.00 - Β£40,000.00per annum (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am 5:30pm (flexible/negotiable)
- Full-time permanent opportunity

Duties for Tradesperson:
- Carry out a wide range of building, carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general maintenance work
- Complete planned and reactive repairs, diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions
- Install, repair and maintain doors, windows, flooring, fixtures and fittings
- Carry out property refurbishments, renovations, extensions and improvement projects
- Complete plastering, patch repairs and finishing work to a high standard
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards
- Manage materials, tools and equipment efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and complete job reports where required
- Provide excellent customer service and leave all work areas clean and tidy
- Must have UK Driving licence
Requirements for Tradesperson:
- Previous experience working in a multi-skilled trades or maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs
- Experience in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering or general building work
- Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently
- Good attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Reliable, organised and able to manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence is required
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
