Duties of the Field Engineer: Diagnose, assess and repair faulty shower enclosures and bath screens in customers' homes.
Install showroom displays for retail partners.
Carry out regular inspections and maintenance of showroom displays.
Liaise with the Customer Service team, providing updates on service visits and outcomes.
Provide telephone assistance and technical advice to customers when required.
Maintain van stock levels and ensure service parts are available and organised.
Submit daily service reports, including photographs and details of completed work.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and communicate feedback to the Product Manager.
Carry out chargeable service visits and installations as required.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Represent Lakes professionally and competently at all times.
Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition.
Assist with the build and dismantling of exhibition stands and trade show displays.
