iRecruit4 are hiring for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for our client, a well-established storage company. This role offers consistent, ongoing work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
You will initially be based in Stroud for training (3 weeks) before moving to the Wroughton site on an ongoing basis, so flexibility to travel is essential. Candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own transport due to location.

- 07:00 - 17:00 (HOURS CAN BE FLEXIBLE)
- £14.00 per hour - OR Holiday rolled up £15.50 per hour

- Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck (100% forklift work no manual handling)
- Transporting goods between containers, yard, and warehouse locations
- Accurately placing items into designated storage areas
- Assisting with stock movement and organisation across the site
- Carrying out daily pre-use checks on the forklift and reporting any faults
- Ensuring all loads are secure, stable, and handled with care
- Working to schedules and instructions to meet daily operational targets
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when handling goods
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures and site regulations
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Start date: 17th April
- 3 weeks training in Stroud, then based in Wroughton ongoing
- Must hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence
- Must be able to drive and willing to travel between sites
