iRecruit4 are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in Cirencester, GL7. This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity. This is a hands-on role involving picking, packing, dispatch, stock control and quality checking within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role also includes manual handling and physical warehouse duties. Successful candidates will receive full training and have the opportunity to upskill to become a qualified Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator, including High-Level Order Picker and Forklift training provided.
Hours, Pay & Benefits for Warehouse Operative:
- Pay: £12.71 per hour or holiday paid weekly £14
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm
- Temp to perm opportunity after 12 weeks
- Full training provided from day one

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing and dispatching goods
- Conducting stock checks and inventory control
- Carrying out quality inspections on products
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Performing manual handling and moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Operating MHE equipment, including High-Level Order Pickers and Forklift Trucks, once fully trained and authorised
Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
- Valid driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location
- Comfortable with physically demanding warehouse work and manual handling
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual and able to commit to full-time hours
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable working at height when operating High-Level Order Pickers following training
