iRecruit4 are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join a busy sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating new sales and revenue by engaging with both new prospects and previous customers. You will play a key part in building strong customer relationships, converting leads into new business, and promoting the company’s full range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to new prospects, following up on potential leads.
  • Identify new opportunities within the existing customer base and convert them into sales revenue.
  • Understand customer needs and secure the company as their preferred supplier.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Ideal Candidates Experience:

  • Proven experience in telephone sales or business development, preferably in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
  • Ability to manage and grow a customer base, particularly previous customers.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Collaborative team player with professionalism and credibility in dealings with customers.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, organised, reliable, and able to maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Comfortable using PC systems and internal sales tools.
